Enrollment Policy
1. Completed medical records must be received, which will be maintained on file at the Centre at all times. H.R.S forms 3040 and 680 must be completed by the child’s physician and renewed per State Regulations.
2. Complete Miami Gardens Infant and Preschool enrollment packet.
Tuition Policy
1. Tuition is due weekly on Mondays, even if your child is absent.
2. Any payments received after closing Monday will be considered past due and a fee of $10.00 will be charged.
3. Tuition that is past due two consecutive weeks will result in dismissal of the child from the Center, unless prior arrangements are made with the director.
4. One week is given for vacation each year after your child has been enrolled for six months. In addition to our one-week winter holiday break.
